User Search

You can see a list of users with a particular competency or job description in the User Search page.

Administrators with read-only access to the User Search feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can search for users by job profile or competency.

To search for users

  1. Go to Manage Center > Talent > User Search. The User Search page opens.
  2. Select either Job Profiles or Competencies from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter some or all of the name of the job profile or competency.
  4. Click Search. Any users with a matching job profile or competency are listed in the table.
  5. To filter the list on any of the columns, start typing the filter text in the Filter field.
