The user is still unable to view the "Record/Transcript" tab, even after enabling all transcript-related permissions in the User Role settings.

Issue:

The Instructor is unable to access the "Record Transcript" tab and is receiving the following error message:

"Sorry, but your role permissions do not allow you to execute this function. If you need access to this feature, please contact the administrator."

Solution:

1. Navigate to User >> User Roles.
2. Search for the specific User Role associated with the issue.
3. Check the following settings to ensure proper permissions are applied.

Note: Choose either "Read Only" or "Unrestricted" based on your organization's requirements.

Make sure to click on Update Access Control Settings to save the changes.
