Question: Why is the Records/Transcript function missing for users with the Learner role?
The Records/Transcript function may not appear for users if the feature is disabled in the Learner system role settings.
To restore access, please check the role configuration and ensure that the Records/Transcript permission is enabled:
1. Go to User >> System Role >> Learner.
2. Locate the Records/Transcript permission.
3. Enable at least Read-only access for this feature.
4. Ensure that Records/Transcript is enabled under both:
- Learn Features
- Review Submenu Features
Once enabled, learners will be able to access the Records/Transcript page and generate certificates for the courses they have completed.
