Retention Period for Training Records CSV Loader Logs
Q: We have noticed that the Training Records CSV loader logs are missing. Why is that?
Files are retained in their original format for 8 days, compressed into zip format for the next 22 days, and automatically deleted after 30 days in accordance with PeopleFluent's retention policy.
PeopleFluent has a standard data retention process for managing these files:
- Retention of Original Files: The files are retained in their original format for 8 days.
- Compression (Zipping): After 8 days, the files are automatically compressed into zip format.
- Zipped File Accessibility: The compressed files remain accessible for an additional 22 days.
- Automatic Deletion: At the end of 30 days from the original creation date, the files are automatically deleted in accordance with PeopleFluent's retention policy.
