Manage Reference Resource
You can provide online resources for course participants and instructors. These resources can be:
- A link (URL) to a file maintained outside of the LMS
- A file uploaded to the LMS Repository
- A link to open embedded content from an external site (for example, the embed link from a YouTube video), which opens in a pop-up.
Reference resources can be accessed via the Knowledge Center for the course.
You can upload resources, preview them and remove them from courses (without deleting them from the file repository).
To manage reference resources for a session, your system role must have the Allow session level reference
resource upload from Teach permission in System Roles (Data Access Control > Role General Permissions).
To manage reference resource:
- Go to Home > Teach and select a Teach page tab. The Teach page opens at the selected tab.
- Filter the sessions list, if required.
- Select Manage Reference Resources from a session's action menu. The Reference Resources page opens.
