About the Enrollment Wizard

About the Enrollment Wizard

You can enroll learners in one or more courses in the Enrollment Wizard, update their enrollment status and extend their course deadlines. When you enroll learners or change their enrollment status you can suppress automatic emails, like enrollment confirmation, so that they are not sent.

Extending the deadline of a learning program also extends the deadlines of its component
courses.

When you apply the enrollment or status change a summary report is shown, which shows for each learner and course whether the enrollment or status change action was successful or not. A history of enrollments and status changes applied in the Enrollment Wizard are listed at the bottom of the Enrollment Wizard page, from which you can download a log file and an error report.

Reviewers with unrestricted access to the Enrollment Wizard feature in System Roles (Review Features >
