Report Administration

There are various ways to show and generate a report on PeopleFluent Learning and these are:

  • Through the Home page Dashboard;

  • Various Standard reports;

  • Our very own Custom report (Report Wizard)

Dashboard

On this page, report can be display in different ways like: graphs and charts, add a standard and custom report. User can add more tabs to the page and display the charts inside the tabs, in this way, user can use the additional tabs to organize group of charts.

 

Standard Reports

Standard reports are fixed reports which cannot be renamed or change and are group in the following categories:

  • Organization Reports

  • Learning Reports

  • Exam/Question Reports

  • Compliance Reports

  • Certification Reports

  • System Reports

Custom Report

Custom Report are customizable based on the user's requirements. This is created on Report Wizard and there are advanced options for excluding empty results, sorting report data, and editing SQL WHERE clause.
