R312 - Questions Exporter Report Error

1. Issue

Users encounter an EKP error when attempting to generate a report using the R312 - Questions Exporter Report, specifically when interacting with the Question Pool selector.

2. Cause

The issue is related to a problem within the R312 - Questions Exporter Report functionality.

3. Impact

Users are unable to export questions using the intended report.

4. Resolution

The issue is scheduled to be resolved in version 25.06, with a planned release in June 2025.

5. Workaround

Until version 25.06 is available, users can export questions using the following workaround:

1. Go to the Exam and Question Manager.
2. Select the Question tab and choose the desired Question Pool.
3. Click 'Export to CSV'.

6. Recommendation

If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend upgrading to version 25.06 once it is released in June 2025 to resolve the problem directly.
