Frequently Asked Questions: Program Completion Issues

Q: Why is my program status still "In Process" even though I've completed all the modules?
A: This can occur if the program is configured to require modules to be on the "Effective/Approved" revision, and you completed a module before it was revised.

Q: How do I fix a program that is stuck "In Process"?
A: Revise the module and, in the "Confirm New Module Revision" dialog, select "Enrolled learners who have yet to complete the course" and "Re-enroll learners who have completed an earlier revision as a stand-alone module". Then, have the user re-enroll in and complete the module.
