View Question Usage Statistics

You can see which exams are using a question and also see the response statistics within a specified date range in the Question Editor's Usage Statistics tab.

Administrators with read-only or unrestricted access to the Exam and Question Manager and Questions features in System Roles (Manage Features > Exam Manager Features) can view question usage statistics.

To view question usage statistics

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Questions. The Exam and Question Manager page opens at the Questions tab.
  2. Select the name of the question you want to view usage statistics for. The Question Editor opens at the Details tab.
  3. Click Usage Statistics.
  4. To see the response statistics, select a date range and click Search. The question and its answer choices are listed with their response count and percentage.
