View Question Usage Statistics
You can see which exams are using a question and also see the response statistics within a specified date range in the Question Editor's Usage Statistics tab.
Administrators with read-only or unrestricted access to the Exam and Question Manager and Questions features in System Roles (Manage Features > Exam Manager Features) can view question usage statistics.
To view question usage statistics
- Go to Manage Center > Learning > Questions. The Exam and Question Manager page opens at the Questions tab.
- Select the name of the question you want to view usage statistics for. The Question Editor opens at the Details tab.
- Click Usage Statistics.
- To see the response statistics, select a date range and click Search. The question and its answer choices are listed with their response count and percentage.
