Unable to log in - The expiry date is set on the user profile.

Issue

The user is unable to log in and is receiving this error message.

"You have exceeded the number of login attempts and you account is suspended or your account is closed. Please contact your administrator by clicking on the Lost Password button above."



Caused

The account is already expired.

Resolution:

Go to the profile and check the Expiration Date file. If there is an expiry date in the user settings. It needs to be removed to let the user access the LMS.




Remove the expiry date by clickin on the X and then save.
