Setting Up SFTP Locations for Scheduled Reports

1. Purpose

This article outlines the procedure for defining SFTP locations and assigning them to scheduled reports within PeopleFluent Learning.

This feature was initially introduced in PeopleFluent Learning version 23.07 to allow for automated delivery of reports to a designated SFTP server.

2. Procedure
2.1 Defining SFTP Locations

You must first define the SFTP locations before assigning them to reports:

  1. Go to Reports and click SFTP Locations.

  1. Click Create SFTP Location.

  1. Enter the necessary SFTP credentials and save.



2.2 Assigning the SFTP Location to a Report

To assign the SFTP location to a scheduled report:

  1. Go back to Reports.
  2. Click Scheduled Reports.

  1. Locate the scheduled report you wish to update.
  2. Open it, and under SFTP Transfer, select the SFTP location from the dropdown menu.
  3. Save the changes.
