Question: Why does the session preview show “Unlimited” seats even when a classroom capacity is defined?

The number of available seats for a session can be controlled by configuring the Enrollment Limits for that session.

To set a specific number of enrollments or seats for a classroom session, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Session Properties.

2. Select the session (e.g., G-1-Classroom).

3. Click Edit Session.

4. Navigate to Enrollment Limits.

5. Set Max: Fixed.

6. Enter the maximum number of seats that should be available for that session.

7. Save.

Once configured, the system will limit enrollments based on the number of seats defined. As learners enroll in the session, the remaining available seats will automatically update accordingly.
