The Job Profile Status percentage in the R116NL report is calculated differently from the percentage displayed in the User Interface (UI).
In the User Interface, the completion percentage is calculated based on the number of completed competencies compared to the total number of assigned competencies.
Example (User Interface calculation):
Total competencies assigned: 20
Completed competencies: 10
Completion percentage shown in the UI:
10 ÷ 20 = 50%
In contrast, the R116NL report calculates the percentage by taking the average completion percentage of each individual competency, rather than counting how many competencies are completed.
Example (R116NL calculation):
Competency A – 100% complete
Competency B – 50% complete
The report calculates the average completion percentage:
(100% + 50%) ÷ 2 = 75%
Because the calculation logic differs, the percentage displayed in the R116NL report may not match the percentage shown in the User Interface.
User Interface: Based on the number of competencies completed.
R116NL Report: Based on the average completion percentage across competencies.
