Steps:

  1. Access the User Group Data Loader:

    • Navigate to the User Group management section within your system's administration panel.

  2. Download the Template:

    • On the User Group Data Loader page, you'll find a downloadable CSV template. This template is specifically formatted for importing User Group data.

  3. Formatting and Data Entry:

    • Carefully review the "Formatting help" documentation provided alongside the template. This will ensure your data is correctly formatted for successful import.
    • Open the downloaded CSV template and populate it with your User Group data.
    • Ensure that the User IDs and User Group names are accurate.
    • Clearly define the operation you want to perform, such as adding or removing users.
  4. Import the CSV File:

    • Return to the User Group Data Loader page.
    • Upload the completed CSV file.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import process.
  5. Verification:
