Managing User Groups via User Group Data Loader (CSV Import)

Steps:

Access the User Group Data Loader:
- Navigate to the User Group management section within your system's administration panel.

Download the Template:
- On the User Group Data Loader page, you'll find a downloadable CSV template. This template is specifically formatted for importing User Group data.

- Carefully review the "Formatting help" documentation provided alongside the template. This will ensure your data is correctly formatted for successful import.
- Open the downloaded CSV template and populate it with your User Group data.
- Ensure that the User IDs and User Group names are accurate.
