Deleting a Language Bundle: Error - "At least one of the language bundle(s) is currently in use."


Issue: Unable to delete a language bundle

When attempting to delete a language bundle, the following error message appears:
"At least one of the language bundle(s) is currently in use."

 

 

This error indicates that the language bundle is associated with an existing record. To delete the language bundle, follow these steps:

 

  1. Change the status of the affected learners from 'Completed' to 'In Progress', then withdraw the enrolment via Group Enroll.

 

 

 

  1. After withdrawing from the course, navigate to Manage Center > Learning > Learning Module.
    • Search for the course.
    • Click the gear icon and select Manage Language Bundles.
    • Select the language bundle you want to delete.
    • Click  Delete.

 

 

 

  1. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click OK to finalize the deletion.
